  • Development and manufacturing of a fully automated tool with complex electromechanical kinematics. The tool is used to manufacture a 3D-preform of a part of an aircraft primary structure.
  • Development and manufacturing of a tool (Ø 0,8 m, length 2,5 m) for a filament winding process. The tool can be used in an autoclave process an can be demoulded through a 300 mm small hole.
  • Development and procurement of bonding jigs for the precise bonding of specimens used to determine mechanical properties.
  • Specification of a reusable core tool for the manufacturing of a component with large dimensions. This part is used in space travel.
  • Design draft of a tool changing system for continuous and automated manufacturing of aerospace primary structures with varying cross section geometries.
